I’ve done carb cycling for years and began noticing how much better I felt by my second low carb day. After doing a lot of research, I decided to give Keto a shot, mainly because of the rave reviews on how amazing people felt — including performance athletes. If you’ve looked into keto, you’ve heard of the Keto flu. On day 3 I became brutally aware of it when I had zero energy, felt sick to my stomach, etc. luckily, these arrived at the end of day 3 and within a few hours I felt somewhat human again. The next morning I was completely back to normal!

I take 3 in the morning and don’t eat anything until lunch (seemed to be recommended over and over by people.) Honestly, these were a life saver for me! I’m in nutritional ketosis and I truly think these are what’s keeping me there. I even over-indulged last night and had some port wine and after taking these, downing a bunch of water and a good gym session, somehow I am STILL in ketosis! These are the only brand I’ve tried, so I don’t have much to compare to, but so far I’m a big fan!!

I typically have been adding my MCT Oil into my bulletproof coffee, but taking them as capsules has been a great change. I appreciate being able to get in my MCT without having extra oily coffee, especially on days when I don't have the time to blend it all up and drink it before it separates again.
