I've been taking this fr several months as part of a leaky gut protocol. Some added benefits I've experienced are the ridges on my nails smoothing out, growing strong and hard. I expected nail improvement but what I did not expect was how wonderfully my skin is tightening! EspecIally the skin on my neck. Very noticeable. I'm extremely pleased and my digestive issues are also greatly improved. I'm all in!

My husband had been having knee pain and had to stop walking as we used to do. He tried glucosamine chondroitin, but that didn't seem to help. Then he tried these gelatin capsules and is feeling much better and walking better. I take them as well and see a difference in the growth of my fingernails. We are also following a healthy diet, so maybe it's a combination, but we like these capsules and see a difference in the pain level.

Ok, so I bought this after a friend recommended this. She said she had been using it for the past 6 months and has seen considerable changes in skin, hair, and nails. Of course I had to try it too! I have been using it for the past 3 or so weeks – and so far have not seen any positive or negative changes. It is too early to tell. I take two capsules with water, morning and evening (bottle recommends 4 per day).

I have been taking this supplement for over a month. Four capsules a day, as directed on the package. I have seen zero improvement in the condition of my nails. Do not waste your money.

I’ve been a huge fan of Syntha-6 products and enjoy a milkshake like protein shake that’s flavorful. I bought this and wish I hadn’t. It’s very watery and doesn’t “thicken” up when blended and shaken in a shaker. I will still finish it for the gains but the taste is hard to get through. Also the day after it was delivered, a coupon was available for 25% off, nearly $8. I emailed amazon to see if I could request the difference or get some type of credit and they said no, the item would have to be returned and repurchased. Looking at the price today, it’s $3 more than what I paid.

Conclusion

The price fluctuates too much for the product and can be found cheaper at your local GNC or vitamin shoppe.
