So I really didn’t have high hopes for this product because supplements for weight loss never work right! Well not this time I had started Keto 2 weeks before but wasn’t really seeing results and could not get my body into ketosis. I ordered this and after only a couple days I was in ketosis ?? even better yet after one week I lost 4 lbs ????…. it’s working! I’ve be using it now for 2 weeks and I’m 6 lbs down. I’m not giving this stuff up and in case your worried there are no side effects…. win win!

What I have found in the 3 days of taking this supplement is that my energy level has increased some. I workout with a trainer and I before, during, and after I feel exhausted and depleted, all the while I am wondering “How much longer …uuuggh”. Today, my trainer said “wow”, you doing it today!” She asked what I had changed and I had to think about it and said only thing I can think of is this Keto 1000 pill I started taking.

I started fasting about 1 mth ago but was finding that i would get hungry couple hrs after i woke so i need something to hold me over till lunch. My day started a 0430 and lunch was a 1200 or 1300 depending on how many patients we had. I got wind of this priduct keto 1000 from on of the captains on the shift. So I bought a bottle and it worked, keeping my hungery at bay until lunch

I have alway been an opponent of exogenous ketones. I make plenty of my own and always preached that you don't need them if you do keto correctly. Well, I broke down and tried these. While I still stand by my position that these should not be used for the purpose of “putting you into ketosis” because you are basically dumping ketones into your blood stream, I DEFINITELY noticed extreme increase in mental clarity and focus and allowed me to do some tedious office work very efficiently that I have been putting off for months. Far better than any energy drink, or MCT oil coffee I have had. I Definitely recommended for that purpose alone. I also seemed to have a bit more stamina for my HIIT workouts this week, but that MAY be a placebo effect – so my final thoughts on that are TBD after longer use on this product and then maybe take a couple weeks off. For weight loss? My head still tells me this won't help in that arena – but again – after I finish a bottle I will re-evaluate. In my opinion, don't use these to get you into “fake” ketosis, but rather as a supplement while you are already in ketosis. Your head will thank you!

Definitely worth it. I started taking it the same day I started my Keto diet and I was in ketosis by the 2nd day! Only experienced a headache the 1st day while I was getting accustomed to the Keto diet but was fine afterwards. Plus I didn’t get the Keto flu at all so that’s a bonus. Haven’t had any cravings and have been able to keep up with the Keto diet, only downside was that I was fatigued a lot especially in the 1st week. So far I’m on day 10 and have lost a total of 5.6 lbs. So excited!!! I haven’t started an exercise routine yet since I wanted to take it easy at the beginning since I wasn’t sure how I was going to handle the diet but so far so good. Once I enter week 3 I’ll start exercising and will see even faster results. Will update at the end of the month. Definitely will be getting another bottle for sure!
