Directions
In a shaker cup, use one level scoop in 12-16 ounces (360ml – 470ml) of cold water, shake vigorously for 5-10 seconds and drink. On training days consume 15-60 minutes prior to training or exercise. On non-training days consume in the morning 30-60 minutes after breakfast. A second serving may be taken each day after consuming a meal that contains carbohydrates or to enhance/maintain your fat burning metabolism.

I have tried both pruvit max (choc, fruit, rasp lemon flavors) and giant raspberry lemonade and feel they are pretty compatible with results, but giant keto tastes so much better (and doesn't cause intestinal issues like pruvit). It is pretty strong at full strength, so I use about 2-3x as much water as called for and then it is more like Gatorade (salt wise). It also helps me not to have leg cramps with the minerals that are added. It doesn't mix up 100%, so keep swirling while you drink. I feel little to no afternoon fatigue, I have LOTS of energy, no sugar cravings, and have lost some belly fat (19 lbs in 4 months). I am combining keto with intermittent fasting and cutting out sugar from my diet (which I was doing before I added the keto drink in), so I do feel it has helped me shed some fat pounds as well. I would recommend this product, but I wouldn't start with the full scoop for the first week or so as you get started.

As a person who has trained consistently for years while paying special attention to nutrition, KETO by Giant Nutrition is a great addition to my supplementation regiment. Years back I competed in natural bodybuilding. A ketogenic (low carb) diet is hard work and took me considerable time/effort to get to ketosis. Although I still keep the carbs relatively low I have been unable to get to ketosis while living a more balanced life. The first day I used KETO as recommended I hit ketosis! I know the feel of the energy that is derived from burning fat as opposed to using glucose for energy. I am very happy with this product. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product to persons serious about getting fit. Whether dropping the first 20 pounds or cutting the last 10 this product works.

I did research to see why it was so much cheaper than other brands like “perfect Keto” or Keto Drive. The BHB salt blend is just that a blend, while the perfect keto is pure BHB salts and have cleaner ingredients, with less calories so it has little to no impact on your fast. The flavor and mix ability on this is terrible as all the salts sink to the bottom like an anchor and you will have to refill your water and shake it a dozen more times to get all the salt down. Overall its not worth it, I would just go with a better brand like Perfect Keto which taste delicious. Or Keto drive.

I had to use more water than directions state due to intense flavor but have noticed some GI issues afterwards. Going to try half scoop. Like the energy and helps with appetite.

This is a great product. It doesn't fully desolve which is a little annoying, but the taste and the energy it gives you is awesome. If you've ever suffered through a keto headache, this will help you avoid it. Being on a keto diet it's hard to try and avoid sweets, this is tangy and a great way to help curve some of those needs

This is my second time buying the Giant Sports Keto. All I can say is wow does this stuff work!!! I even tried it after eating pizza, ice cream, and donuts- still got me back into ketosis in only 40 minutes! I've leaned out tremendously using this and it's now my go to fat loss product. Giant Sports puts out some really awesome products and this one is now my favorite!
