Installation was very easy. I opted to just set it up on my countertop. The ph test kit that comes with it confirms exactly with whatever level you select. Ive used it for about a month. You really can tell a difference in the quality of the water. When I use to drink bottle water I always had to pee all the time cause the water never got absorbed into my body. I can drink close to 90 ounces of 9.5ph water daily and I feel it being used internally. I really can't say enough about this machine. I bought it for the cost to try the whole “kangen”/ ph water thing. I will likely buy the 7 or 9 at some point to see how it compares. Machine auto cleans itself. There is one filter, they seem to be about 50$. And only need replacing once a year or so. Water does test the same as my parents enagic 3000$ machine.

My wife and I ordered one of these in January. We've been using it religiously ever since. We've also told other friends about our alkaline water and have allowed others to try it. So far everyone has loved it. One of my best friends has really bad knees and has constant achiness in his joints and he's 44. I gave him a couple of gallons of our alkaline water and it keeps coming back because he says he feels like he's 20 again.

I'm also 44 and have experienced similar results. I'm very active and recently started working out hardcore again (after taking off about 5 years). What I've noticed is I do not get any muscle soreness as long as I drink a 16oz glass of alkaline water in the morning, during my workout, and before I go to bed. I also have two reconstructed knees (due to ACL surgeries in both my right and left knees), but do NOT experience any swelling or joint pain after running during or after my workout (as I'm drinking my alkaline water). I also have a gluten allergy where anytime I eat gluten my body aches and this pain will last around 24 hours. My pain levels can sometimes reach a level 8 or 9 out of 10. However, since drinking alkaline water these pains have gone away completely and that hasn't happened since developing this allergy to gluten about 10 years ago. I love this machine, it is the first time in 10 years I've been pain free in my body and I'm back to be active extremely again.

Pros
1) anti-inflammatory benefits (joints feel great)
2) more oxygen in your blood (more stamina for longer workouts)
3) gluten allergy blocking (my pain has gone away)
4) cancer preventative – I don't know if this is true, but I've been told that anyone who has cancer, their blood will test out with an acidity level. I've also been told cancer cannot grow in an alkaline environment. Therefore, it makes sense that drinking alkaline water helps prevent cancer because the human body is mostly made up of water.

Cons
1) it's a large investment amount
2) alkaline filter is pricey, but only needs to be changed yearly
3) machine will need to be descaled either monthly, quarterly, or twice a year depending on your water hardness or softness

Excellent product. Easy to install. Had a small issue with the attachment to the tap but in 1 swift phone call the seller sent a new attachment got in in a few days and working perfectly again.
