Love this unit. Purchased new in 2011 and have gotten tremendous use out of it. I think the company was shocked by how many liters of water that had passed through my unit. I am really happy with the product, I was able to install it myself, if you have a pull out sprayer for the kitchen faucet, you have to replace it, unless you want it in another room that has a regular faucet. For me it was worth it. Customer Service is 5 star as well, I called Zack about the install,and I talked to Mason concerning “washing” , very informative, very polite, very easy instructions, which causes me to be very happy !

It's well worth buying this. We've been using this for years and still working good All you need is change the filter and descale the machine at least twice a year and you'll have a better tasting water.

Worth every penny and more. Initially I had it plugged into a surge protector and sometimes it produced acidic instead of alkaline water. The directions clearly said to plug it into a GFI plug. Once I did that, it's worked perfectly and effects are noticeable. More energy, calmer digestion, better sleep. I take my water everywhere. Easily installed. No mess. If i can do it, anyone can.

Well it really goes from aprox 4 of ph until 11
However, the initial drinking has a 9.5ph, dicovered because I drank it and had an incredible headache and asked to a friend test it PH. The next level vary between 9.5 ans 10.5
Ok I live in anotger country and my faucet water is already 7.5 PH
So the way I found was buy a PH tester and mix acid first level water with initial drinking until achieve a 8 PH. Quite complex
Yet I'll ask a third PH and ORP testing to another friend that has a very precise tester to confirm

I purchased this to use at my house in brazil. I was very excited to have alkaline water at home but unfortunately the filter doesnt remove the chlorine from the water and it’s impossible to drink it due to the smell. Also the setting for drinking water its not alcaline. In order to get alcaline water i have to use the cooking water option.

Works great. Super easy to install. I have a PH meter at the winery and it gives the readings it says it should. Why buy a used machine for more money? Buy new, save the money and get a warranty..
