For the last 3 days I've been adding this oil to my morning coffee – It adds no flavor or weird oily mouth-feel, so I don't notice it. However, I DO notice that I'm not hungry for several hours, and can power through my morning feeling satiated. I've also added it to a smoothie and again, no taste impact. Looking forward to ongoing positive benefits!

Great kick to start the day. I tried Radha MCT Oil for the first time today. I added it to my bulletproof coffee instead of coconut oil. Wow, it works. What I like, aside from the burst of energy, is that this product has a neutral taste. That way, I taste more of the coffee in my coffee. It has a sensible easy to pour spout — thank you Radha for that.

Very light texture. Doesn't leave my mouth feeling greasy when I use this in my bulletproof coffee. I find this works much better than just plain coconut oil.

just got it yesterday and two things just scream red alert , first thing I notice the bottle feels like it is only 80% fill and second thing i notice the bottle had two seal(one was put really messy on top of the other & the one in the bottle mouth was put also incorrectly) makes me think someone just reseal the bottle so im not going to used it. what if someone put something in it?
