I love this gelatin so much! I got my bottle yesterday and made my favorite fruit snacks -my family loves them. It is already gone today. As you may tell, it is really tasty. I can’t wait to try my favorite pie with this product too.
I was suffering from joint problem for years until I discovered Gelatin and since I have been trying to add gelatin and collagen into my diet everyday. It is a little bit tough to make fresh bone broth everyday. Also, I love to consume the fresh food, as the bone broth had to be stored in the refrigerator every time I make it. It is definitely not too fresh after few days stored in the refrigerator, sometime I forgot to use it and it is gross and wasteful when I have to throw it away. I have been looking for the best gelatin products over years. A lot of brands tasted really weird, I had to throw it away without even using it much. This brand is a perfect gelatin for me and for my family. You can’t taste it at all!
Another reason I love this product is that it is grass-fed and pasture-raised, which means it contains higher concentration of nutrients and is clean. I have looked over its label and it tells me the exact level of protein and the source of their gelatin, which I couldn’t figure it out on some of products I used before. I love Perfect brand. They are committed to making lifetime customers (see their website, pretty cool approach). The reason I choose their gelatin when there are now several grass-fed brands to choose from is that they *test for pesticide residue*. So not only is the beef grass-fed, the grass is not sprayed, which is KEY. Especially in Argentina where spraying is at a height and this is from where many gelatin companies are getting their beef.

I feel this gelatin is healthy and i really want to LOVE it but it does not mix in my coffee like others i have tried. I always have a thick blob of gel in the bottom i have to just chug down after my coffee is done. Or, i have to continuously stir it to get it to keep mixing as i drink my coffee. And then i feel my coffee is just super thick and still is not really mixing well but the taste is barely there so I am able to tolerate a thick coffee with a hint of beef gel.
I think it's made more for cold drinks, definitely not hot. Even the instructions state to mix with cold beverages. Great ingredients and i was taking for health benefits only. I need to figure out other ways to consume it as coffee route is not working for me.

I've had pain whenever I forcibly bend my right wrist for over a year now. I've been paleo for the last five years and can't figure out what is fueling the inflammation. My wrist immediately started feeling better after including 1/2 tsp of this stuff in my diet per day. I haven't noticed the same benefits from eating bone broth soups, so I probably needed more gelatin than I was getting from them. But don't overdo it! If I eat more than 1/2 tsp, things start moving uncomfortably fast in my gut. This stuff is potent!
