I've been using this for about 10 ten days now. I make a smoothie for breakfast and it curbs my appetite and makes me feel full. It has a pretty good flavor. The berry seems almost overbearing imo though.
It has definitely given me more energy and has aided in my weight loss. At dinner time I have a moringa and fresh fruit smoothie (along with bentonite clay). Together I have had a very noticeable difference in my overall day. More alert and energy. I don't have the mid day lulls anymore. The price point is very good and that's what I took into consideration along with all the levels of greens, anti-oxidants etc. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and will be purchasing again.
UPDATE 6/25 very satisfied with this product. I have lost 4lbs since my purchase. I have changed my diet to no sugar (refined or raw) and bread or pastas (except on my cheat day). I wante to point out one particular ingredient in this super greens… cellulase. I have researched it and wanted to share that cellulase is not just an enzyme to help digest. It is also breaks down yeast (Candida in various forms) cell walls and allows other enzymes to be able to attack and destroy it. It also held to control GI upsetting from foods and gas and bloating. This product has spirulena, chlorella, maca goji and acai….it has A LOT of things other brands don't. And if they do it's different mg, cu, mcg, etc. REMEMBER your taking this everyday and good things will balance out your system in time. Don't look for massive amounts of one particular thing in one product. Look for a good balance of what matters to your particular health needs. Good luck and Cheers to good health.

I've never taken greens before so I have nothing to compare it to. It mixes well and taste fine with plain water. I am really not picky though, like I can drink unflavored pea protein with just water. I have only been drinking them for a few days but I could definitely replace my coffee with this, or at least cut down to one cup. Good way to get in micro-nutrients.

I paid full price for this item, was not asked to review it, and everything contained in this review is from my personal experience in using this for the past few weeks.** I bought this product to help me on my way to getting healthier, and since I find it difficult to get in all my veggies everyday it looked like a good place to start. I was a little wary because of the people that had reviewed it before, complaining about the taste, but I'm glad I decided to form my own opinion. I use a blender bottle with some juice to mix this up, and don't find it to be offensive in any way. It's green vegetable powder, and if you're expecting it to taste like candy, you're going to be disappointed. But, if you're looking for something that mixes well, gives you solid energy, supplements your healthy diet, and is priced reasonably, then this is a great product. Along with increased exercise, a healthy diet, and this product, I've lost 16 lbs. in the past 3 weeks, and I've noticed a marked uptick in my energy level, which is amazing for me. I have HBP, hypothyroidism, fibromyalgia, arthritis, and chronic fatigue, and changing my bad habits have made a huge difference in my life. My BP is normalized after years of being too high, my cholesterol and triglycerides are balancing out, and I feel better at 38 than I have in 20 years. This product has been a large part of that, and I would recommend it to anyone.

I bought the product for two main reasons. One it is really hard to buy veggies and eat them before they spoil, which adds to the difficulty of eatting as many as you should. Second it said it had probiotics ( good bacteria) to help maintain a healthy gut and regulate bowel movements. I have not used the product enough to rate the gut part but as far as the extra veggies go it seems to be working. I was pleasantly surprised by the product. I opened it and the powder was a very vivid green. It did not appeal to me right away because it really does smell like all of the leafy greens it claims to have. It smells quite a bit like a good quality horse hay once it's mixed with water but I was shocked when it really did taste like a berry juice. I believe it would be a wonderful additive to smoothies or any other drink, even by itself it is still quite good. It tastes best when it is chilled and the only thing I did not like was that when mixed it does retain a slight gritty texture from the fibers. Overall a excellant product so far, not too expensive and it seems to be doing exactly as it claimed.

I highly recommend for all health-conscious, athletic types of people. I've previously tried other green foods with mixed results. Some are great but wayyy too expensive, and others are cheap but lack the high nutritional content. Great product mixes well with water, milk, smoothies if ya don't mind the green. I feel better gut wise. My since of getting more greens, fiber, pre and probiotics makes me feel better knowing I'm helping myself health wise.

I really like this stuff! Especially on the days I am in a hurry and can't pack myself a full lunch. I add this to my smoothie and don't worry about the rest. I like the flavor and will even drink it in just water, however my husband does not and won't even drink it in a smoothie. He tells me I'm willing to eat/drink anything I think is healthy regardless if taste but I don't think that is the case here. I couldn't get myself to drink other products but this I do with ease.
