Came very quickly! I was having tons of fibromyalgia issues in my back & knee pain from past surgeries as usual. More so in winter. I'm only 44 & am crazy obsessed about having good all natural vitamins, healthy diet & exercise part of my daily life. All natural kind of person with as much as possible. BUT, I have given my body quite a beating. (I believe living life to the fullest, your only young once & life is waaay shorter then most of us understand.) This winter season I was in more pain then ever before with my fibromyalgia mostly. So I started searching & came across Collagen ACCIDENTALLY. I have been taking it for a very short time & am AMAZED how much better my joints & back feel not to mention my skin & hair. I'm thrilled about all the types of Collagens this particular brand has in it & even more thrilled about bone broth being part of this brand, Natural Elements. Bone broth & egg shell membrane is an excellent source of protein. I have also noticed my gut has been more relaxed & happy since taking this. There are SOOO many things in this short amount of time taking this great product that I have noticed. Too many to mention but I'll give it my best. I truly am amazed & had no idea my body was lacking Collagen. Who knew this one little product was what my body was needing a boost of. I will try & name as many benefits as possible that I have notice personally with my body… Joints don't hurt so bad (ALL joints, everywhere), fibro pain, hair feels great, nails, skin so soft & moisturized, soothed gut, face, dry eye's more moisturized, lungs can breathe better from polution, asthma & chronic bronchitis (quite a shocker), muscle & ligament tightness from stress etc. (alleviated), mood lifted, tired feeling (alleviated), feeling hungry constantly even after eating (gone!) Etc etc etc… I hope this helps give you some kind of idea no matter how small. I highly recommend having this in your daily life! Best decision I've made & wish I would have known much much sooner how much our bodies need this. Our bones are made up of more collagen then calcium. Did you know that? I did not. I did not get paid for this review. I am a real person with real problems looking for a great suppliment & have found a wonderful addition to my dailies. Being over 50 years old I'm always looking for some type of supplements to give me an advantage in this aging process and this is the stuff to do it. So far I've seen improvement in my hair, skin and nails. My hair has been growing better and has a healthier look to it now. My workout routine has been a little less brutal in the joints since taking these too! I'm a little more than halfway through my bottle and that's when I was expecting to see the difference. Things always take time even though I wish it would be overnight.
Also, another plus was that this has 180 capsules versus most of the other companies I saw only had 90 capsules. Even the ones that had more was only having 1500mg of collagen in each serving and natural elements has 2025mg in each serving. Could be why I'm see great results. I did a lot of research when I was looking for a collagen supplement and this brand stuck out because of these reasons. I'm paying the same cost of a 30 day supply yet getting a 60 day supply with more collagen in each serving! I've been recommending this supplement to all my friends too. Can't keep all the anti aging secrets to myself.

I used to work for a dermatology practice with many MDs and DOs for 7 years. In regards to collagen, your body naturally produces it, but due to age and other factors, the production decreases. They would say that the primary way to stimulate your body to produce more is through “skin injury.” In the derm world, it would be chemical peels, IPL, microdermabrasion, or microneedling. Obviously, not all of us would want to do that. First of all, it's cosmetic, so insurance won't cover it. Secondly, it's expensive. Thirdly, the downtime can be long. And lastly, depending on your skin, there's always the risk of scarring. So, the next option for collagen stimulation is to ingestion. I just received this product and I'm looking forward to see results. I'm aware of its multi-benefits, but I'm really after the skin and joint pains. I like the packaging, the size of the capsule, the price, and the expedited delivery.

In the past I had taken collagen in powder form by mixing it in with my coffee. These capsules are a much better option. Within days, I felt an immediate difference with my joints and gut. After a week, I have noticed my hair, skin, and nails are starting to look better. This has become a regular part of my daily supplements.

Really love this product so far. It's been a couple of weeks since I started taking it and so far I've really enjoyed the results. Main purpose for me was to help me with my joints for my workouts. I go to a high intensity training gym 6 days a week and my joints take a pounding. I started taking 3 capsules a day to see how my body would react and have since increased to 3 in the morning and 3 at night. So far I'm loving it! Seems to be better than past collagen supplements I've taken, which only had 1500mg per serving vs this one at 2025. Capsules seems to be easy to swallow too. Obviously I take them with a full glass of water for each serving. Looking forward in seeing the continued benefits moving forward.

I was super excited when the natural elements brand came out with this collagen. I like that it has 5 sources and the way the packages breaks everything down. Very easy to understand what the capsule is made of(contains). Easy to read and and the icons on packaging make a great visual to help understand my benefits.
I like the recommended dosage, it’s half as many capsules as I was taking with another brand so this will last much longer, plus this product has way more sources of the collagen which I really like.
