This product is used differently than regular oils like vegetable oils or like olive oil. It can go directly into the blood stream and then go to the muscles to be used for the generation of energy. If a person wants to go on a ketogenic diet this will speed up the process and make it easier. Okay so I must say I was a bit skeptical when I purchased this product because it is a huge amount for the price but, decided I would give it a try anyway since the reviews were good. I try not to give a review right away because I like to actually try the product and see if it works. Some products I have noticed will start good then they tend to get worse or you notice little things….NOT THIS PRODUCT!
I went from purchasing a much higher priced product and I must say this product definetly is worth the try. It blends good with everything! I put it in my coffee, smoothies, teas, foods, etc. and noticed it mixes very well. I am toward the end of the bottle and I love this product and about to reorder I am so glad I found it and I tell everyone to at least give it a try because you will not be dissapointed!

Good price from a good product. I haven't noticed any difference between this and the several other MCT oil brands I've used. I'm on Keto so I add MCT to my food and drinks (coffee & tea) and this blends well. Will definitely be purchasing it again.
