I bought this product for many reasons but mainly the benefits that it is supposed to give to your skin. I turned 40 and didn't want my skin to start horribly aging. Wow! However, I was not expecting hair growth like this. I was not blessed with beautiful, thick hair. I have fine, thin hair that hardly ever grows past a certain length. This has really helped with growth. Time will tell if it will help with any thickening. I have posted pics. The 1st pic is from Sept 9 and the 2nd pic is from Oct 16. The growth from just over a month. I will buy again.

First thing, does this product work? Yes! Okay I've used this product before and reordered twice for myself and my dad.. Now I can't recall if in any of the previous purchases I had this issue with the smell. I cannot find the words to describe the smell of the damn capsules but it's disgusting. The closest description I can give is that to me it smells like a dead rat. I don't like taking pills in general, so to deal with the smell too makes me want to legit cry. Based on some of the questions asked about if the powder can just be emptied into drinks and such, and the response was yes.. Well, that did not work for me… I ended up with huge clumps and a very nasty smelling beverage. The smell once I emptied the capsules was different from the smell when in the capsule.. Either way both were HORRIBLE.. I am currently trying to see if I am the only one experiencing this. Even though the product works, I might have to switch just because of the stench. Your hair, skin and nails will definitely benefit from the product!!!

It has been two months since I started taking these supplements and the results are good. The joint pain following my workouts has been reduced so much that I am now working out four days a week! The added side effect is that since I started taking these capsules, my eyes are no longer dry and my skin has a firmer, less creepy look to it. Definitely plan to continue taking these!

Pros: My wife has been dealing with hip pain that impedes walking. The pain would shoot up at random times that she is scared of going out sometimes. Taking this in the morning gave her more freedom of movement. First day of taking it, she forgot about having a hip problem, and was more active with exercise and walking out.
She says she's not sure about the other effects, like longer hair of better skin, but we are definitely repurchasing for her hip pain management.
Cons: The smell. A small price to pay for relief though.

I started taking this to help with menopausal muscle and joint pain. I unintentionally left it home when I went of vacation and boy did I regret it! I’ve noticed a marked inmprovement since taking this supplement. Side bonus, my skin is soft and smooth instead of dry and patchy. So happy to have found this little miracle in a bottle!

I’d been using a different brand but tried this as the pills were smaller and I didn’t have to take 6 a day. This works great, I’d run out of the other and my elbows, knees and fingers were hurting. I started taking this and within 3 days I saw a reduction in joint pain. I ordered one for my mom who has been enjoying the benefits as well.
