Let me start this off with saying that I am a licensed plumber. I installed the 10 stage ph+ system yesterday (the day I got it) the system was the most simple RO system I’ve ever installed (and I’ve installed dozens of these types of systems in customer homes). My only gripe would be where the mounting holes are because the top 3 inline filters block the screw holes to hang it and have to be removed from the clips in order to tighten the screws down.
Everything seems to be well built and put together. I would highly recommend getting yourself some plumbers grease or even better is faucet stem grease to lubricate the o-rings on the filter and the threads on the 3 bottom filters and the RO membrane. Out of the box all the o-rings have no lubricant on them and could cause binding issues when trying to remove for filter changes. If anyone has any questions on installation of this system Ask away and I’ll help with what I can.

I am very happy with this unit. What really set it apart were the excellent instructions. I have become accustomed to terrible instructions in tiny font on cheap paper that have been machine translated from Chinese. This was definitely not the case. These were printed in color, on decent paper in a very legible font! Thanks Express Water!

The installation took me almost 3 hours, but that was mainly due to my inexperience with plumbing and the poor design done by whomever did the original work. There was not enough room to install the splitter at either the base of the water pipe (too close to drain pipe) or at the base of the faucet (too close to the sink itself) so after exhausting all options with what I had on hand I had to go to Home Depot. Otherwise, the unit comes with everything you need and can be installed in about an hour by anyone with even basic skills. It comes partially pre-assembled, basically everything they could put together in advance they did.

After getting it up and running I can confirm that the water tastes great. I plan to get a pH meter to test if the Alkaline stages are actually doing there job. I also plan to test the TDS of my input water and the output of the RO filter prior to the Alkaline filter to see how much “stuff” it's taking out of my water. And I guess I might as well test the final TDS after the Alkaline filter. I'll update the comments when I get time to do that.

UPDATE:
I got a pH meter and the water is coming out at 10.8 pH. The Alkaline filter is working better than I would have expected. The next test is to see how long it works for.

So I bought this water system for the alkalinity ,
after installing it I did a alkalinity test and it turns out that this product makes 10.0 if not better alkaline water also I used a digital PPM meter and it showed a 0.22 as far as contaminants in the water I compared this to a alkaline machine which are worth about $3,000 plus dollars,
And the results I found for the price of this filtering system is far better and cheaper then an alkalizing machine. I am definitely looking into buying a secondary system for my house I would definitely recommend one of these filtration systems,,, excellent product.

I was initially intimidated by all the inter-connecting hose lines. I thought that assembly would be extremely time consuming and if I didn't hire a professional, I'd have leaks all over the place. I called dozens of plumbers and handymen and none of them wanted to help me put this thing in. Their loss and my gain because assembly and installation was super easy. I even managed to install the main components in my basement and run 1/4 hoses up to my kitchen sink for ease of access. Everything is water tight and the water tastes delicious. Plus everything runs on gravity so nothing to plug in and no batteries to replace. The real key feature here, and it addresses an issue alternative health gurus have with R.O. or distilled water is the cartridge that contains pebbles which add minerals to the water and naturally raises it's PH, the same way in which water from a stream has a higher PH. This is vastly better than the superficially PH altered ionized water which tricks your body into thinking it has enough minerals so it sheds minerals from your body leaving you depleted and brittle. No more running to Whole Foods twice a week just to load up on their R.O. water or worrying about their dispenser constantly breaking down. If you are really looking to take your health to the next level, the best thin g you can do is drink clean demineralized water. By the way, this company's customer service center is really helpful.

Most of my family has been dealing with heart burn and acid reflux for a few years now. We used to have a bottled water company deliver to us. But we got this system and did a ph test on it and found out that the bottled water was very low ph. This filter system raised our ph level and we no longer have heart burn or acid reflux. Who would have thought it was our drinking water. Also, we've started watering our house plants with this, plants that were doing ok but not massive growth. They are now growing like crazy. This filter system is amazing.

The water tastes great but watching the water waste leave the ststem is enough to make me think twice. i'm not sure i can allow that much water to be wasted while i only drink a gallon or two at most. literally because of my home and sink opperation i had to put the drain outside the wall and it comes out steady and non-stop….. if i keep seeing it i'm gonna have to remove it because i'm trying to lower my Carbon footprint and still be healthy.
This system is not for anyone who is worried about wasting or the water bill.

This system was easy to install and has produced really good tasting water. This is a great reverse osmosis system for a great price!
