Only been on it a few days but I feel better (overall digestion) and surprised at the amount of energy I have! I was really scared the taste would be bad and I would not be able to complete it, but I actually don’t mind the taste. I put the powder and water with a splash of unsweetened almond milk and ice in my speed blender and it tastes a little like watered down strawberry milk to me, a little chalky after taste but nothing too bad. So far so good
