I have 9 autoimmune conditions and 2 genetic syndromes. I am 35 and disabled. I have tried so many supplements over the last 5 years of being sick. These actually gave me energy. I didn't realize they have that effect and took them around dinner and I couldn't sleep. I have a lot of fatigue so to give me energy is a miracle. I have tried eating liver and it made me sick. So this was worth the investment in my health. Would recommend.

I need to improve my hemaglobin/hematocrit but was challenged to eat as many non-meat sources in order to accomplish this. MAYO clinic reccomendations is liver – well, I ate it a lot as a kid but couldn't bring myself to eat it weekly -this product helped me achieve my goal of raising my H/H lab results and very easy to take. No aftertaste, gel caps and I'm believing that the product information is true and correct, regarding a fairly pure source. I would reccomend this for anyone needing a source of increased iron in their diet.

I just started taking this supplement. I haven't had any side effects and have noticed a little increased energy. There is no taste or smell of these capsules. No aftertaste or “cow” burps.
I'll keep taking it and review again.
