The photos for this product conveniently failed to disclose that this mct oil is not 100% derived from coconut oil – but includes palm oil as well. I want nothing that has palm oil in it. I find that this was deliberately deceitful.

Day three so far, I have finally experienced the uh, the problems lol people usually talk about. I know what I did different though; the first time I put it in my protein powder, no problems. Second day, in Greek yogurt. Third day, I didn't eat yet but I didn't want to forget to take it so I took it with just water (hadn't eaten for the day yet) and that is where it went different.

This MCT oil is great! I am very pleased. I take 2-3 tablespoons a day. Some use it in smoothies and I have also the fact there isn't any flavor you don't taste it. And it can be added to juice or water up to you. I have been taking it now for about a little more than a month and it gives me a natural energetic feeling. And not too mention I've noticed shrinkage in my waistline and thighs more prominent than with exercise alone. This is a great product and good size that sure to last approximately 1 to 3 months depending on how you use it and how often you take it per day.

Not recommended unless Artizen company publish the percentages of palm and coconut oil, and provide clear details about the content in terms of Caproic Acid (C6), Caprylic Acid (C8), and Lauric acid. I contacted them for this with no reply. Beside that, you will breath will smell bad, if you burp after it, it will feel like you ate a raw lamb fat! I read somewhere that mct's in general have such an impact, but without knowing what are the contents, you will never know.

Starting the keto woe, it’s instilled that MCT oil is one of the key oils that is needed in this diet. I use it for my bulletproof coffee. No taste at all! I give it 4 Stars because of the cap design. It tends to drip. There’s no escaping it.

Got Keto? You need this, it definitely helps with the first week or so to get past the rebellious body having “flu-like” symptoms of dumping carbs- and it keeps you on an even keel with your continued ketosis goals. Not the taste that I recommend, but the product does help, and with a good protein supplement, you are well on your way. It lasts a while, so it has a good value also. I recommend trying this brand, and not a powdered version, although those work too.

This didn't get the 5th star because the package was damaged during shipping. It broke at the cap, so a decent portion of my MCT Oil leaked everywhere. Still, it did what I wanted it to do! Love MCT Oil, but I don't have a preferred brand yet, so these guys get the win so far thanks to the price!
