This product did not work for me personally as a female, late 50's, athletic. I consumed 2 bottles over time just to make sure. First, it is an expensive supplement and you need 6 capsules daily. I took 3 for lunch and 3 for dinner. It did nothing for my energy level, I gained 2 pounds and it made me ravenous. I could never get enough to eat and consumed many more calories than I normally do and I had carb cravings. I stopped taking this product 2 days ago and I feel back to normal. My appetite is in control, I do not have cravings and have dropped the couple pounds. The formula make-up did not affect me well. It may be different for others. It is just an expensive so called wellness product that did not work.

My energy level was consistent and I did not feel hungry at all. I actually felt really good, even mood-wise. Whether or not it kept me in ketosis, I can't say because I'm strict with my carb intake already.

After a month of Keto, I had plateaued on weight loss and decided to try adding extra ketones to my routine. After the first day of taking this product I immediately started loosing weight again without altering my diet or adding any additional exercise. I'm not sure how well this product would work without the keto diet and exercise, but with them, it definitely is worth the price
