Bought these for my wife as she has been diagnosed as borderline anemic, particularly during certain parts of her cycle. She has been using them for the last two weeks and noticed her paper cuts haven't bled at all (she works in office work and has been filing and sorting paperwork) vs. normally she has to get a bandage and put pressure on them for a while. Her skin tone has remained vibrant and otherwise she says she feels no change in her body vs. other months if she didn't eat enough iron in her diet.
