I don’t know why I always fall for this stuff but this doesn’t work. Not at all. I’m guessing the positive reviews are a result of the offer inside the box for a free bottle if you leave a positive review. Lucky for you I don’t need a second bottle of something that doesn’t work.

Don't think it worked for me. Pee strip was negative. Also, the contain states that if you leave a review you can get another bottle for free. That makes me question all the high reviews I read before purchasing.

I retired early last year and gained weight just being at home although I stay busy. I have tried a lot of diet supplements and shakes that simply didn’t work like I thought they would. Then after reading reviews on Keto decided to give it a try and I’m so glad I did! I went from a size 14 to getting into my size 10’s in just 3 and 1/2 weeks. The 10’s are a little snug but I can get in them! I exercise and watch what I eat of course and have 1 cheat meal a week. My weight loss was so noticeable my Mom thought I might have been ill. I constantly had my weight gain on my mind literally 24/7. One time of day I had will power. No idea where that went! Got me down. Did a ton of research as I know theres no magic pill & this product was the one for me. I do not follow the keto diet other than I TRY ?? to stop eating at 6pm so my body has at least a 12hr fast & cut out the chips. I can eat chips like no ones business. My waist has shrunk lost half a stone which led me to want to exercise even if walk or 30 mins @ the gym its something & Putting those Jean's on again that I threw into the back of the closet feels good.
