My husband and I both take this Spirulina & Chlorella product. We feel we have more energy and haven't had a cold in several years. I have trouble swallowing pills but these capsules are easy to swallow and you take 2 a day vs 6 or more of some other spirulina products. We will continue to use this supplement.

I have priced and tried to find the best Spirulina and Chlorella available and this, with its combination of and dedication to, the highest purity and content at 1000mg per capsule, I just could not find any better choice. my only problem with these is that i can't find them in a higher count package to save even more money! There's a lot companies out there trying to sell this but I would dare you to compare the strength in milligrams and “Per Capsule” dosage. I highly recommend this to anyone I meet. I actually read an article in Drum! Magazine about the benefits of Spirulina & Chlorella capsules. Being a 48 year old full time working, coach of 3 of my kids sports, and drummer in a band on the weekends I wanted to try it. The benefits sounded undeniable and the fact that these ingredients are the life sustaining ingredients of the original living things on Earth and are still what keeps many species alive are enough proof for m to try it. Science rules. The fact that the product was inexpensive, easy to injest, and arrived in two days was a bonus. If I like it, I will be reordering.
Did I mention that I don't eat enough greens so this product makes me feel better about my dietary intake and this company delivered the goods. Thanks for putting it out there.

I've been taking Allied Life Spirulina and Chlorella after I read the benefits of taking this kind of supplement. I had a MRI with contrast last year and was concerned about the contrast being a heavy metal. I also love tuna fish and have always eaten it since I grew up on the Gulf Coast. Tuna is notorious for mercury content. I limit my consumption but even a little is probably too much. So, I've been taking this to attempt to detox. I also take medicines for Rheumatoid arthritis that are pretty toxic and this supplement states it helps with stomach flora. Those were the factors that led me to try it.
UPDATED: 03/24/19 This is my second 90 day supply and I reordered after I'd been off it for a couple of months. I felt that the supplement was beneficial and will continue taking it. I still can't point to specific improvements but I think with my health issues that it is better if I take it than not. I do think it helped with some stomach issues I was having and notice had recurred in the last few months. We'll see.

Dets.: I suffer from various GI maladies including lactose intolerance and frequent flatulence. I've been taking this supplement for the last two days and already notice an improvement in symptoms. The final test came when I ate nachos and experienced zero stomach pain or gas. I'm not sure how this supplement will impact BO as I don't have much of it, if any, but I'm excited for its other purported health benefits. I think everyone can gain something from this and encourage you to try it.
