I started taking these pills about a month ago and I can't believe the results within that time! I originally bought them to help with my knee pain, but I was PLEASANTLY surprised with the effect it had on my hair and nails. I noticed about a half of inch of new growth and my nails are even stronger then ever. One nail began growing on a slant and low and behold it has straighten out again thanks to these pills. I seriously can't believe the results for these inexpensive vitamins and trust me I have taken some expensive ones out there which showed little to no results.
