Just finished day 7, and I can definitely recommend this product. Without doubt, your body rids itself of many toxins and other accumulated junk, and it affects everything from your body to your mental well being. I only lost a few lbs, so if you are doing it for that, I can't say its very effective. Do it more for your overall well being. Definitely works!

I am enjoying this cleanse. It's very easy to do and doesn't require a lot of thought. 2 capsules in the morning and 3 in the evening, each followed by 8 ounces of water and Acacia Fiber.
The only thing I'm not a fan of is that the Acacia Fiber doesn't dissolve well in water at all. It always ends up sticking to the bottom of the glass. From what I've read, that has nothing to do with this product. It is just how Acacia Fiber works.
I'm feeling good. I have good mental focus and I'm definitely feeling its effects. 3 more days to go!

I agree it%u2019s a gentle detox. If you%u2019ve never done a cleanse before this might be a good one to try for your first time.

My only problem with this product is the acacia powder doesn't desolve properly. I used a spoon to stir & then a shaker bottle. It took much more than 8 oz of water to get the entire serving to desolve and be drinkable. I don't really feel any different, but it didn't have any adverse effects either. I probably got some vitamins and minerals i wouldn't have otherwise

Not only did this product not work for me. It made me feel awful. I have never felt so bloated as when I used this. I tried for a couple days but just couldn%u2019t keep doing it. The good thing is the company gave me my money back so that is the reason for the 2 stars. Maybe it will work for others?

Like many said, the fiber powder is hard to dissolve (especially in cold water). I got decent results by letting my water get to room temperature and then adding the powder and stirring for about a minute.
Conclusion
The best and most gentle cleanse Super easy also the powder drink has no taste, it%u2019s like drinking plain water!
