I regret buying it since I learned that undefatted is better than defatted. I like this brand and made a hurried decision of buying it without researching, because I’m pregnant and want the liver benefits. Now I ordered another brand that is undefatted and I’m waiting it to arrive.
These tablets taste and smell ok. They are hard to swallow not because they are large but because of their shape (see picture).
The label is different, it doesn’t show the protein content anymore. Other brands don’t show it either so I don’t mind much.
The price is so good that if only these liver tablets were undefatted, I’d be happily buying them again.

I LOVE these liver tablets and have started using them daily to help boost my nutrient and protein intake levels, as well as to help reduce fatigue during workouts. Being health conscious (cancer patient 13+ years) I tend to take quite a few supplements and I began by chopping these in half and swallowing them with water. I've since started using more of these tablets lately (currently 15-20/daily) and chopping them up became a pain, not to mention swallowing that many tablets can leave you with a slight nauseated feeling.
I quickly realized that these liver tablets were no trouble to consume if I loaded them into the magic bullet by themselves and ground them into powder. After that I can simply add the liver powder to my protein shake, blend it up with all the other ingredients (fruit, protein, brewers yeast, other vitamins/minerals, etc) and drink it down with no trouble whatsoever.

It's hard to swallow but I do take 6 at a time with 3,000 vit C. Please take with food or you'll have a stomach ache.
This is better than taking time released iron and stool pills.
1/25/19. Follow-up, my Oncologist said I'm almost back to being normal but I need to continue with the iron

Have used “Perfect” brand of same for a couple years and works great. Have seen a big change in my energy levels. Tried this brand and I have been tired, blurry vision and just not feeling well. Went back on “Perfect” brand and within 48 hours my energy was back up and started feeling better. I use this brand for other supplements, so not sure what the problem/difference is. But there is a big difference. Bought a 2 bottle pack and now I am stuck with an extra bottle.

I take the pills along with other supplements for anemia. Iron pills give me indigestion. I take 6 pills per day with almond milk or water and avoid the taste. Along with these pills, careful diet and additional supplements like black strap molasses, I have been able to achieve normal blood iron levels and with that a regular and active life again. diet, exercise and weight control are a lifelong challenge.

Pills are so large I have to cut them in half. The taste is terrible and I gag on them 50 percent of the time.
