Update from below review: the bottles are now glass and EXTREMELY well packaged. No more worry about shipping damage for sure!!! Due to that, this is THE C8 oil that cannot be beat (unless there's one made from only coconut oil at the same price…then let me know)!
Since it's 100% C8, I do get a better quality of energy when added to my bulletproof coffee. Plus, there's no funky, bitter taste that occasionally bites me in the throat with other brands; instead, it goes down smooth with zero after taste. Oh, and packaging was extremely well with no damage. The pump count is off for measuring out a tablespoon, but obviously that's not a deal breaker; especially considering how convenient it is to have! Serving size shows 3 pumps for 1 tablespoon, but I'm at 10-11 pumps.
Lastly, I thought this was made 100% from coconuts, but turns out this does have palm kernel oil in it, too.

When I ordered this, I had all intentions of leaving a five star review. It seemed to tick all the boxes when I was searching for a pure C8 MCT oil. Glass bottle, pump for mess-free dosing, pure C8, low cost per ounce. After 2 weeks using the product, I was a very disappointed by the bottle and pump, which was the main selling point for me. There are other C8 oils on amazon that are certified organic, non-gmo, cheaper per ounce, and so on. I chose this product for the glass bottle and mess-free dosing with the pump, which did not live up to the expectations.

I use this oil exclusively for making bulletproof coffee in the morning. I was skeptical this would be able to replace my breakfast and keep me satiated until lunch. Believe it or not, it does! I generally have the coffee on my way to work, 7:30-8:00am, and I get hungry around 12:00-12:30pm. I do have a lot of energy too. I credit this to this product. There have been times in the past when I forgot my breakfast, didn't have time to eat, etc. and was starving by 9:00am. This oil really is tasteless and provides tons of energy.

Here's why I knocked my review down to 3 stars:
The pump is seriously flawed. Please look closely at the pictures I have provided with this review. Oil pools up around the base of the pump, where it goes into the part that screws onto the bottle. After a few uses, there's so much oil pooled up, that when I take the bottle over to my blender to put in the 3 pumps, oil spills out from around the pump, down the bottle, down the side of the blender, and onto the counter. The label on the bottle has a matte finish when new, and after the first day or 2 I noticed a sheen on the label, meaning it was coated in oil. By day 3, oil was pooled up around the base of the pump and running down the bottle. I keep the bottle out on the counter by my coffee making supplies, and I had to keep a napkin under it to keep the counter top from getting oily. This is unacceptable. This sort of pump is not new technology. I would think it should be perfected by now. Aside from the mess is makes, who knows how much product is being wasted due to the poorly designed pump.

A few side notes:
The pump doing is actually quite accurate. 1 pump is 1 teaspoon, and 3 pumps is 1 tablespoon.
Do not believe the poor reviews based on the “brown” ring on the inside of the cap the bottle is shipped with. These people are obviously just out to leave bad reviews based on illegitimate reasons. Yes, there is a discolored ring left on the inside of the cap shipped with the bottle. HOWEVER, there is a foil safety seal applied to opening of the bottle that has to be removed before installing the pump. The discolored ring is just where the paper disc in the cap is making contact with the foil safety seal on the bottle. That's it! It's not mold, mildew, dirt, or any other dirty containment. It amazes me people can make the observation and form an opinion based on nothing, without thoroughly evaluating the situation.

I would be glad to update my review if the manufacturer fixes the faulty pump, but I will be very hesitant to buy this product again when my first bottle runs out.

My new fave! The quality is wonderful, it comes in a nice glass jar (yay, no plastic) and the Pumper is an essential add-on I didn't know I needed but now refuse to live without. Best thing is KissMyKeto has wonderful customer service. I couldn't tell if this oil was 100% coconut, so I asked and they responded very quickly after business hours. (It is 100% Coconut, no palm btw.)

For sure important to take it slow on this. I did one pump as it says on bottle the first day and had horrible stomach cramps all day. Reduced down to half a pump next day and cramps were less severe. After 4 days worked back to one full pump (tsp) and zero cramps. Says can work up to 3 pumps, just take it slow. This is a large bottle so should last me a couple months if not longer. I feel the energy boost from it, great for skipping breakfast and dropping into ketosis in the morning.

Didn’t notice a difference between this and your run of the mill MCT oil. Try it out if you want.

I’ve gotten kiss my keto twice and each time it seemed like the bottle had lost a significant amount of oil in transit. You could tell it had leaked and turned the box dark. Super irritating for a more expensive oil like this one.

The redeeming quality is the bottle and pump. I kept that and just refill it with cheaper oils so it’s easier to measure out 1 serving for coffee or whatever.

Definitely love kiss my keto for that.

I would have given this 5 stars for the product, but the squirt pump leaks while it's sitting on the counter after use. This is a little cheaper than competitors, but you waste some of the product from it leaking, plus it makes a mess. If you buy this, don't throw away the cap that it came with, because if the squirt pump leaks, you can just throw it away and screw the cap on. I've seen other reviews indicate that it leaks, so I don't think mine is an isolated incident. If you have to use the squirt pump, just put the bottle on a plate after use, so that way you only make a mess on the plate and not all over the where you store it.

Excellent product! Glass bottle AND a pump! The pump is substantial too – it will shoot oil right past your cup if you aren’t careful, lol. Finally someone has solved the dreaded dripping bottle issue that has plagued all of us that use MCT oil and also managed to put it in a glass bottle at a price that less than competitors! Be still my heart! Oh! It’s also coconut oil only, no palm oil. I cannot think of any cons at all.
